Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Medici LLC (“Medici”, “we” or “us”), a Washington limited liability company. They apply when you use the VoziNow app or book a ride with us. By creating an account or booking a ride, you agree to them.
1. Our service
Medici operates VoziNow, an app for requesting rides in the Seattle area, and a chauffeured limousine service booked by phone. Rides are provided by drivers who meet our requirements and Washington State and local licensing rules.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your phone and account secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Each person may have only one rider account.
3. Booking and prices
Before you book, the app shows the price or an estimate for your ride. The final fare can change if the route, stops, waiting time or tolls change during the trip. After each ride, you'll get a receipt showing the final fare.
4. Payment
You authorize us to charge your payment method for fares, any tip you choose to add, and any fees shown in the app. Payments are processed by our payment processor. If a payment fails, we may pause your ability to book until the balance is paid.
5. Cancellations and no-shows
You can cancel a ride at any time. A fee may apply if you cancel after a driver is on the way, or if you're not at the pickup spot within the waiting time shown in the app. Any fee is shown in the app before you book or cancel.
6. Riding safely and respectfully
- Treat drivers and other riders with respect.
- Wear a seatbelt and follow your driver's safety instructions.
- Don't bring illegal items or do anything illegal during a ride.
- Don't damage or soil the vehicle. If you do, we may charge a cleaning or repair fee, and we'll show you evidence of the damage.
- Riders with service animals are always welcome, as the law requires.
A driver may refuse or end a ride if it becomes unsafe. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Lost items
If you leave something in a vehicle, contact us and we'll do our best to help you get it back. We aren't responsible for items left behind.
8. Ratings and feedback
Riders and drivers can rate each other after a trip. Ratings help keep the service safe and reliable. Please keep feedback honest and respectful.
9. Drivers
Drivers agree to separate driver terms when they sign up, in addition to these terms.
10. Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep VoziNow safe and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Medici is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about a ride is limited to the amount you paid for that ride. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or a safety concern prevents it.
12. Disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of King County, Washington.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
